I am finally getting around to updating this...
I am a 26 year old who has been traveling for 5 years and been in a string of relationships where I just have not felt fulfilled. I am now ready to look for someone who is more in my mindset and who understands 'me' on a level that is deeper then the relationships that form out of bars and blind dates.
So who am I?
The boring stuff first: I am a career minded girl, as many DC city girls are. I truly love my job and love going to work everyday which I have heard is rare. I also love politics (political pundits and figures are my celeb gossip), exploring DC, happy hours, taking my dog to the dogpark, walking around barefoot, swimming (I am on a swim team), dancing, and running.
Appearance: I have long dark hair that is thick and wavy/curly, blue-green eyes, short/average height (5'3-5'4), average weight (+/- a few pounds), fair skin, and professional/classy dress.
Fun facts: I love board games, kissing (no really, I could kiss a good kisser for hours), movies not in theatres, books, video games, the outdoors, wine (mainly whites), and the smell of lavender. The weakness I am most ashamed of? Reality television. I tried to curb this by not buying a tv...then all the stations put everything online...
So this profile does not sound so eharmony: What I have been missing from my romantic life is a truly dominant personality both in and out of the bedroom. I have strong opinions and while I want to be listened to, I want a man who knows how to challenge me in a healthy way mentally as well as pushes all my sexual boundaries and controls me in the bedroom (and out too!). I know this is a fine balance, but you never get anything you want if you do not actively seek it and I am done thinking it will land on my lap.
