I lift weights and do cardio regularly. I just bench- pressed my personal best so far, 400 lbs. I haven't decided whether to keep training for strength or to start mixing up my workouts for over-all fitness and appearance.
I used to do yoga from books and took my first formal class a while back. The girls in class made it look easier than it felt. With all the weight lifting and cardio I need to find some time for yoga too. I'm feeling inflexible, which is good for dominating you but not for movement.

I don't necessarily want my picture associated with this web site. It isn't a question of courage as some girls seem to think. It's a matter of privacy and good sense the way I see it. There could be professional repercussions and some things aren't for broadcasting. I'm not the type of person who wants to be on the Jerry Springer show.
