At this point the story was put on hold so I could describe the trick. (This reminds me of the Remo movie, the hero has been taught the seven secrets for taking women to the ultimate point of arousal and orgasm, but he never gets past the first two or three steps.)
Ok, I had a thought about using a large straw, a bit like a thick shake straw. (you could use a plastic or rubber hose)
Basically you open the lips and expose the urethra, you gently suck it inside the straw and it should not hurt and I think it will work.
I think once its sucked up inside it will stay attached and you could pee through the straw like a boy, girl may have to learn pee control to control the amount of flow, though being sucked up inside the straw/hose should restrict the flow. Girl in the story would be like a fountain.
