I've had a number of people that I've interacted with. Some as a Mentor/mentee relationship. Others as a Dom/submissive. I'm very flexible and I have lots of room for all interest. I relish being the authority figure, although kind and gentle. However when the time comes for a firm hand and proper guidance I take care of business.
