Give respect, get respect. A submissive isn't necessarily a doormat. Those who are Dominant by nature must learn this.
As far as the photo goes, with my occupation, discretion is necessary.
Dominance isn't about screaming to get your needs across or even sending silly one word e-mails of "i am dominant get down on your knees." My personal belief is that Dominance is about how you carry yourself. Confidence is key. Confidence can communicate desire with a simple one word command or even a head nod.
