I'm a Masculine guy who adapts to my environment and the challenges it may present. I will with the flow when it's the right thing to do for the group. However, I will go against the grain when needed(My mentality is to be hard on the problem and easy on the people) I can't judge others when my elevator is missing a floor or two. :)

I have a healthy Competitive streak, a quiet self confidence and I appreciate constructive feedback when needed.
