It's rope bondage, and you can do a lot more with it then a simple pair of hand cuffs and spreader bar. Try wearing a spreader bar and hand cuffs in public: it wont work. I could take you out on a 'romantic' evening and you could be wearing my ropes and only the two of us would be the wiser.
