Time for my annual entry :-) Being friends with various people on here has almost created more questions than answers. For example, how can a person own another when they cannot take care of themselves? I have talked to several "Mistresses" that are unemployed, living in a low-rent dive with roommates, have several infant children, etc. etc. They are in no position to be a responsible mistress. Or maybe it is just me. I am attracted to strong women, and to me that includes being successful. Doctors, lawyers, sales people, professional people with high-caliber careers (or retired from such) -- mistresses that have made it in the real world and proven their strength. Of course, as soon as one says that to a "mistresss" they assume I don't have any means. Not true, I have all anyone needs to live very comfortably ... but I need a mistress that needs "me" as a slave, not my money. I cannot imagine that someone that fails in the real world would be successful as a mistress.
I have also been a little surprised at the immediate attitude from some of the mistresses here. I am not their slave, they are not MY mistress -- so I tend to communicate as an equal. I don't fall over and swoon to every female on earth, only strong assertive women I have respect for ... and until enough of a realtionship exists for the respect to develop, I won't be fawning. I am always polite and respectful as one should be meeting anyone new. But my first email won't be:
"dear Goddess, this slut begs to serve you"
It is more likely to be:
"Dear handle, I enjoyed your profile because ... 3-4 more paragraphs"
Which surprisingly has lead to some seriously nasty responses. I answer all politely, even it is is to say that I am not interested ...
Well, enough of this rant :-) ! |

While I am pondering things ... I would think that people on this site who are serious about a LTR would be more flexible in regards to age, location, height, etc. -- it is hard enough to find a perfect match in the world at large. As we are a substantial minority on here, it would seems that inflexibility makes the odds extremely low. |

Things that make me go hmmmm! Why do I always see "I won't support a slave" almost always followed "must have job" or "be employable?"
Is not taking care of Mistress a full time job if done to it's full potential?
And why assume that just because one does not work one does not have an income good enough to support Mistress and slave in decent style?
While I am ranting -- what is this desire for "no limits" slaves? We all have limits. For example, I don't want my head cut off :-)
It seems that matching likes/dislikes as well as possible will ensure the most enduring match. |
