Dear Brian Sandoval, as a federal judge I am sure you have seen countless cases of federal agencies enforcing regulations that they wrote themselves without legislative process or constitutional approval. If an agent knows that if he does something to cause me to get 5 years in a prison and that he will get the same, he quit entrapping people. Make a state law that can be enforced against federal and local cops that create crimes for the purpose of imprisoning or fining citizens of Nevada. It is common knowledge that there are not nearly enough real criminals to justify the massive amount of ATF, DEA, FBI and so on that are on the backs of all the people of the United States.
