| I'm looking for a male disciplinarian to provide spanking when I don't follow my work out schedule. On my own, I don't follow through. I'm not looking for sex or other kinds of submission. But in this area, I'm out of control and hope to find a disciplinarian to instill behavioral change.
To be effective, I believe it would be appropriate for a disciplinarian to be in decent shape. I don't think it would be helpful to be punished by someone who is out of shape like me.
