Im not an asshole or a bitch and as long as you arent either i wont block ya :) Included here are some definitions for parts of this lifestyle i love so much, for all of you who may be unclear on them and because it just feels good to read them sometimes :) ALL INFO CAN BE FOUND ON THE SLAVE REGISTRY. ? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? O&P= Ownership and Possession 1. What is Possession? Central to O&P is the concept of Possession: having control and use for one's own purposes of that which is possessed, involving some or all of the rights associated with property ownership. This is asymmetric and unequal in status. While the submissive is in the dominant's possession they are fundamentally there for the dominant, obeying the dominant, and subject to the dominant's decisions. The dominant is the submissive's superior, just as an employer is their servant's superior. The unambiguous, honest, and hierarchical nature of O&P provides clarity about what is to be done, and who is to do it, without the manipulation and unstated quid pro quo of so many relationships. ? 2. What is Ownership? Possession may be limited in time or scope, but Ownership is the enduring and veto-less form of possession, in which possession has been maintained long enough and deep enough that it has become ingrained, resulting in the enslavement of the submissive, as a slave. Since this is a gradual, overlapping process, it is usually easier to talk of Ownership & Possession together as O&P. ? 3. Consent derives from property rights O&P is defined in terms of property, and so uses property as its ethical foundation. People are born owning themselves, under the guardianship of parents. As adults, people have the right to hand over some or all of their self-ownership. Respect for property rights requires that O&P must be entered with the freely given informed consent of the submissive. ? 4. Responsibility for maintaining property As with all property, if it is not looked after over time, the ability to use or own it is lost. For this reason, needs cannot be left unaddressed over time, by the definition of "needs" themselves. Maintenance of property demands responsibility, and in O&P this is a cardinal virtue of dominants and owners. ? 5. Respect other people's property rights In O&P, respect for property also informs relations between people outside of their relationships. For example, protocols and etiquette treat unattached submissives as independent people, governing their own lives, and not subject to other dominants; equally, protocols and etiquette acknowledge the status of submissives in other dominants' possession, and do not presume, for instance, that submissives can still make decisions which are now in the hands of their dominant. Respect for inanimate property is also the basis for the ancient customs of hosts and guests, in both the domestic and public spheres. ? 6. The House embodies the relationship in property itself In O&P, the house is the embodiment of property relationships in the form of property itself. Whether they are mono or poly, households, headed by dominants, served by submissives, and visited by guests, provide a more structured form of domestic relationship than, for example, a vanilla marriage. This structure and hierarchy promotes a life of worthwhile purpose, under the authority of a responsible and competent dominant. ? 7. Service Being served is one of the principal reasons why owners and dominants invest their time in establishing O&P relationships. Service is not limited to domestic work and sexual use, but can also include companionship, acting as a social secretary, managing accounts, improving the house, and learning new skills. Service reinforces the difference in status between servant and master, and provides opportunities to overcome feelings of false entitlement and misplaced pride. And yet good service is also something to take pride in providing, and a submissive who serves well is someone to be proud of. ? 8. Dignity as a guiding principle Dignity, and the need to avoid undignified behaviour, are guiding principles for owners and dominants, and promote the stability and proper functioning of the household and its interactions with people outside. Maintaining dignity requires the avoidance of lying, cheating, lack of effort, or breaking one's word. It also means not compromising on one's own freedom, including making oneself dependent on others because of lack of self-discipline, and not compromising one's self in the face of resistance from submissives and social pressures from outside the household. In short, it is beneath an owner or dominant's dignity to engage in unworthy behaviour. ? 9. Authenticity is required for a sound foundation O&P relationships strive for authenticity: that is matching the external face of things to their internal reality. Deceiving others or ourselves makes everything we do a hostage to future revelations. Embellishing our relationships or living fantasy lives masks the real issues we have to identify and overcome. ? 10. Rituals symbolise Ownership and Possession Rituals are used to reinforce and maintain feelings of Ownership and Possession. As an ancient symbol of slave ownership, collars are of particular symbolic weight in O&P. Wearing a dominant's collar signifies that a submissive is in the possession of the dominant. Beyond that, its meaning is determined and stated by the dominant, whether that is a simple "handle on the neck" of a submissive currently in their power, or a collar showing Ownership that is worn for years without removal. ? ? Consensual Nonconsent- Consensual Nonconsent (CNC) refers to an agreement between a?dominantand a?submissive, in which some or all authority over the submissive is transferred to the dominant, either permanently or temporarily, on the understanding that the submissive may not withdraw consent for the duration of the agreement. CNC agreements may be anything from a short-lived?BDSM?scene (eg being in a cage for an hour irrespective of what the submissive then says) up to a life-long relationship (for example, a submissive consenting to the process of?enslavement.) A CNC agreement is the polar opposite of giving the submissive a?safewordas a veto. ?

Ownership

Ownership is the enduring authority to control and use for one's own purposes that which is owned. In?D/s?and?M/s, ownership amounts to a transfer of authority over the submissive or slave which is veto-less and inescapable, in contrast to other types of?possession?which may be limited in time or scope. An?owner?is normally called a?master?(male) or?mistress(female). An owned person is normally called a?slave. In?O&P, Ownership represents the Master/slave half of the continuum of O&P relationships. ? ?

Internal Enslavement

Internal Enslavement is both a process and a set of practical techniques which use detailed examination of a?slave's thoughts, emotions and past experiences to establish and maintain a solid and inescapable state ofownership. This is achieved through control of the slave's psychological states, in contrast to?External Enslavement. ? ?

External Enslavement

External Enslavement is slavery which is made inescapable by physical forces rather than the slave's internal psychological state. Legally or socially enforced slavery is an example of External Enslavement. Most historical slavery took this form. This is in contrast to?Internal Enslavement. ? ?

Entitlement

Entitlement refers to both the false feelings of entitlement that good slaves set aside over time; and the owner's sense of the rightfulness of making use of their own property. Slaves' feelings of entitlement are a major source of?reactance?in established relationships. ?

Reactance

Brehm summarised his Theory of Psychological Reactance by saying "In general, the theory holds that a threat to or loss of a freedom motivates the individual to restore that freedom. ... The theory stipulates what constitutes a freedom, how freedoms can be threatened or eliminated, and how the ensuing motivational state (psychological reactance) will manifest itself." The theory also associates the state of reactance with emotional stress, anxiety, resistance and struggle for the individual, and is a powerful model for understanding the behaviour of slaves as their freedoms are progressively removed. ?

Subduction

Subduction ("leading below") is a term borrowed from Geology and used in Enslavement to describe the process by which a slave's freedoms are stripped away. It is derived from an analogy between the slave's response to this process and earthquakes. Strong reactions to increasing control, ie psychological reactance, are not unnatural or uncommon - in many ways they are the symptom that things that really matter to the slave are being controlled. That does not excuse disobedience, but it can give clues that they are suitable for enslavement even when they are letting themself and their dominant down by acting up. This whole process of increasing control is analogous to the plates in the earth's crust sliding past each other. One of the sea bed plates slides under the continental crust by "subduction". Sometimes this goes smoothly, and you don't notice it going under. But other times it sticks and there's no progress being made. The pressure builds up and up until there's a violent earthquake. It's all very disruptive and fraught at the time, but afterwards everyone sees that a big chunk of the plate has gone under in one huge movement. Enslavement is frequently like that: sometimes blockages and then earthquakes happen, but the slave is always further on afterwards. ? ?

Total Power Exchange

Total Power Exchange or TPE is a term coined and defined by Steven S. Davis in the mid-1990's: "A TPE (Total Power Exchange) relationship, sometimes described as an absolute lifestyle d&s relationship ... is a relationship in which no impediment to the exercise of the owner's power is accepted ... Such things as safewords, contracts, negotiated limits, and anything else which recognizes / acknowledges / formalizes limits on the owner's power are inimical to TPE." ?

Slave

A person who is owned: that is, someone in a relationship with an owner who has ultimate authority over them, and from which the slave cannot remove themselves. One of the key differences between the usage of the word "slave" in?O&Por?IE, and in the?BDSM Play Scene?is the concept of slaves being literal slaves: this is just the everyday definition of "slave" and it doesn't include the roleplay slaves you sometimes meet elsewhere in BDSM. For example, the second edition of the Oxford English Dictionary gives: "One who is the property of, and entirely subject to another person, whether by capture, purchase or birth; a servant completely divested of freedom and personal rights." Contrast this definition with?ongoing voluntary submission. ? ?

Master

Master is a term used to describe or address the dominant partner in a relationship or scene. Because of its use as an?honorific, a significant fraction of people write "master" with a capital letter even when used as a noun. For example "This is my Master." The term "master" is mostly used within M/s, D/s and O&P to refer to males, but is sometimes also used by female owners or dominants to stress the masculine style of their dominance.

Owner

Typically, master is used to describe the owner in a Master/slave relationship. It is sometimes, less commonly, used as a title for the dominant in a D/s relationship. The master has usually acquired the right to exercise authority over the slave (or submissive) in some substantial sense, within a relationship that may extend to a full time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or something less extensive (weekends as schedules permit, for instance).

Head of household

Master may also be used in its everyday sense as the male head of a household in some styles of D/s and M/s, especially those groups of people identifying as a?house.

Expert

Not often used within the meaning of BDSM, but sometimes found in this context to mean someone who knows a lot about some subject, such as ropework or computers or whips (as in "he is a famous whip master.") Historically, a master craftsman (sometimes simply called Master) was a member of a guild. In the European guild system, only master craftsmen were allowed to actually be members of the guild. An aspiring master would have to pass through the career chain from apprentice to journeyman before he could be elected to become a master craftsman. He would often have to produce a sum of money and a masterpiece before he could actually join the guild. Becoming a Master was often very hard. The usage of master in SM parallels this usage in some ways, as early practitioners used to go through an 'apprentice' stage, often having to act as a submissive or masochistic as part of the process. However, master in historical SM and Leather derived from 'Master/slave' rather than apprentice / journeyman / master.

Casual usage

Some people in a relationship, or just within a BDSM scene, enjoy the psychological impact of calling their dominant partner Master or having their submissive partner call them Master. Such usage is not by itself an indication that they are a Master any more than calling a partner 'honey' indicates that they are made of honey. This usage of the word master, as an honorific when neither party in a relationship consider themselves to be owned nor owner, is a common source of confusion when trying to use or understand BDSM terminology, given that the most accepted usage requires no certification or formal training. Most especially, a Dom might be called Master by his sub in a D/s relationship. ? ?

Ongoing Voluntary Submission

A relationship in which a submissive continually consents to obey and serve a dominant, and their continued presence in the relationship is voluntary. This is in contrast with relationships of?Consensual Nonconsent, which are entered with the consent of the submissive, but may subsequently involve the submissive being subject to acts which they do not want (eg punishments, or restraint.)?Internal Enslavement, where the slave's ability to remove themself from the relationship has been lost, is one important type of Consensual Nonconsent relationship. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? **WARNING: Any?institutions or individuals using this site or any of its associated

Have dom'd before to better understand a dominants needs and frustraitions. I truly regret my past of not knowing how to show my submission and relax into it securely. I am not sure if this was my fault or the result of being with new doms or feeling the incomplete knowledge/ insecurity of my dom. I remember being so preocupied with looking for ways to please him and wishing more was asked of me. I never knew what i had to offer just that my dom could make of me anything he wished because i wanted to be what he wanted. Now i understand a bit more about my limitations and direction as well as the types of service i naturally offer and those i want to posses.

Im sorry its taking a lil while to answer all your messages. it isn't a reflection on how interested i am.

If i am not interested for some reason or otherwise engaged i will always tell you so im not wasting both of our time :)

P.S, throwing a fit, rudeness, overt sarcasm, unintelligible speech, trying to dom me rt off, or looking for your fix of kink, etc  will make you invisible to me.

im not interested in whipped slaves,

i am not interested in people who only want a slave and not the person i am,

i am not interested in casual flings or playing with strangers,

i will not trade pics with people who are just looking to get off,

Im interested

in

getting to know someone who wants to get to know me too.

i dont want to stop at anything. i want to continue getting to know them for the rest of my life and to make each other happy and grow together.

It seems not many people think highly of this type of deep knowing and love. i've recently had my heart broken in more than one way but i can still see and appreciate a real, honest, down to earth, open-minded, positive person who sees meaning in the small things, wants to facilitate growth, is looking for a flowing balanced existence and can give as good as they get.    if you are there...please find me. We're two of a kind.
