I have a unique opportunity: I am seeking a roommate and part-time slave. What is a part time slave? It's a live-in-slave situation, but completely sane. You would have your own room and still have your own life, but you would expected to be something of a domestic servant part time, and be open for play whenever we like.

I am an Old Guard Domme of 17 years, trained for 8. My favorite fetishes are strap-on, humiliation, and bondage. My submissive friend has less experience but is a good submissive. Hard limits will always be respected, and being old guard it's exceedingly rare any kind of sex is mixed with BDSM so if you're into BDSM and not sex, great! We are seeking to move into a 3 bedroom apartment on the North side (our target is along the Blue Line, as close to downtown as we can reasonably get). We are open to someone who already has a home/condo/apartment and 2 spare bedrooms, but please note in that case not only will I conduct a thorough background check (I am a licensed skip tracer) but we will also provide you with all our information so you may do a background check on us. I bring with me a well trained Siberian Husky who is 9, and trained to never bark or bite. He does shed a ton, particularly in the summer months, so this is not ideal if you're allergic to dogs. He is good with other dogs (not Chihuahuas, I think he knows I hate them, so he tends to eat them. He has never eaten or attacked any other kind of dog) and he is good with cats, but I am mildly allergic so a short hair is preferred if you have one.
I also bring full furniture (living/dining room) and kitchen supplies, and I do have a king size bed so I will need a bedroom at least 10x12.
Some information on us:
I'm N, and I am 35, 5'11", have a PhD in psychology, and I do currently smoke indoors (I am willing to smoke outside only, I am cutting down and slowly working towards quitting and any motivation to quit helps). I work from home, am generally quiet and hard working. I'm intelligent, prefer intellectual conversation, and I rarely drink (if I do maybe 1 glass of wine of 1 craft beer) and never do drugs. I may work part time outside the house doing seasonal retail work, which helps fund the holiday fund.
As a Domme, I am old fashioned. I believe in strict, static rules, full negotiation before a scene, and I am dedicated to safety, sanity, and consent. I also place a high value on aftercare and respect hard limits. I tend to be a playful Domme, I love to laugh during a scene, be it to humiliate you or laugh with you. I love telling jokes and hearing them, and don't practice many speech restrictions.

My submissive friend B is 37, stably employed, also a very light social drinker, not into drugs, and very easy going.
We both live on the south side currently and with family/roommates, so we cannot host. We're excited to move to the north side where we can enjoy much more BDSM play. Our goal is to find a 3 bedroom space for $1350 and split rent/bills 3 ways.
Ideally the domestic servitude will be this: I would expect you to handle weekly chores such as laundry, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, sweeping, dusting, and mopping (in rotation/shared with B). Daily chores such as dishes, cooking, running errands will be shared by all three. Being a Type-A I'll probably insist on a schedule.

Edit 10/22/15: As many have asked, I know this is fairly short notice. So I would like to state that in the event one of us decided it wasn't working to play with you, the other would still play, and the chores would change, split more between all 3 of us.
If you did meet us, decide to move in, but at a later date decided you didn't enjoy playing with either of us, we would agree to stay roommates and hopefully friends, all chores would be split between the 3 of us, and we'd even be happy to help you find a Domme that's a better fit and let you play with her at our place.
To underscore, that is why we're seeking a submissive to be a friend and roommate. If something more serious develops, we want that to happen naturally. if anything changes, we want all of us to feel free.
