well today i start a new action in my life. I have 10 cigs to last the day and two weeks before payday.  This gives me the power to stop smoking.   I want to do this with out putting on too many pounds.  So i bought my self a couple of packs of sugar free suckers and some hard candies.

Good news i lost 5 lbs last months.  I am working to loose another 5 this month.  Been walking at night with my dog to help with the wieght loss.  When i feel i am fit enough with out over doing is i am going to start an arobic work out every other morning.
