I don't know if this site will last but it was quite a scare that I'd lose all My contacts here if I don't post something if/when it happens again.  Just in case, take note of My name and just google Me to find out where to contact Me.

UPDATE ABOUT MY LIVING STATUS

MY SON LIVES WITH ME NOW

People are asking if anything has changed while My son is living in the spare room.  Of course there's always adjustments with an additional person sharing your space. Luckily, this space has enough room and bumping into each other or encroaching on the other's privacy is minimized by how we manage the rules and our schedules.

However, My son is a grown man with a full time job and works the normal 8 hours or sometimes more.  In fact, he currently works at the office and is away every Tuesday through Friday from early AM until 6:30PM. He works at home on Saturdays and more often than not, he doesn't surface from his room for several hours, working or not.  

My time is My own and has nothing to do with what My son is doing here or out of the house.  If anyone wishes to see Me, I'm a free agent without encroachment of any kind other than occasionally coordinating certain situations with My son, for the purpose of keeping him informed. 

I also have 2 separate entrances that both lead to/from My private bedroom and bathroom space.  The spare room/My son's space is located at the opposite end of the house and he also has 2 separate entrances.. the main/front door and My dungeon entrance.  The distance between our rooms crosses the livingroom, kitchen and main bathroom. 

I hope this additional information answers your questions.  If I've missed anything pertinent to this subject, don't hesitate to inform Me and I'll do My best to provide whatever I deem is relevant.

PS:  I'm still planning to move into a larger house in the Vegas area sometime this year.  Plus, if I meet a compatible partner who's open to sharing My room and living with Me/Us til we procure the new residence, I'd be more than willing to make all the necessary plans and adjustments to make it happen!

MY SON MOVED BACK IN (TEMPORARILY)

I gave him a deal he couldn't resist.. only $400 a month! He's working and doing better than last year. Knowing My son as well as I do, he'll live with Me for awhile, save money and get his own place in a few months so he can have girlfriends come to his private space. I don't blame him for that.  So, I'm pretty sure I'll need a roommate by summer!  My best regards to everyone who's interested enough to inquire about renting My spare room. It doesn't hurt to tell Me you're interested as time approaches the months preceding summer..

I SOLD THE PONTIAC!

Thank you very much to everyone who offered their heartfelt concerns, some sent suggestions and all were supportive and encouraging.   I appreciate the interest.. who knew?

I did pretty well considering everything. I finally decided to place a brief ad in Craig's List and Backpage.com, listing all the problems and the good features.. including recent purchase of 4 new tires, with lifetime warranty.  All My paperwork was ready with receipts, notes and DMV stuff.  The first interested party, John, was very diligent about coming to see the car, going on with his sad story, talked Me into picking him up about a mile away and putting up with his repeatedly trying to talk Me down to keeping the car for the $250 deposit he left as he drove off with the car!  Yeah, yeah.. I know I was stupid falling for his BS. But I did reject his offer and although it was quite an ordeal dealing with him, it worked out alright and I managed to get through all the BS and sold the damn thing!   

I BOUGHT A NEW/USED CAR!

2010 Honda Accord

I'm not going through all the drama of breaking down again.. not at My age!  So, I've made sure this car will last a long time. I'm paying for the (expensive) package of extras.. 7 years/100,000 miles warranty, security system & interior/exterior protective coating.. This car only has a little over 30,000 miles, is "certified", with one previous driver who leased the car for one year, probably turned it in for another. With the exception of a few little "dingies" in the gorgeous gold metallic paint (normal wear, right?), it's clearly a well kept automobile.. which I'm determined to maintain.

My old junker is parked on the property, waiting for Me to decide if I should sell it to a "buy for parts" company for $250 I was offered.  Or should I put an ad in Craig's, hoping to get at least $700-1,000 a little less than what Kelly Blue Book says it's worth now.  I can't lie about it and will certainly disclose the flaws to any potential buyer.   Should I even bother going through this process of trying to sell it?

What do you think?  Would you bother trying to sell it or would you take the $250, a check.. not even cash? 

People are asking Me about My car problems with the blown head gasket issues in My 1998 Pontiac Grand AM??  Thanks for caring you guys!

I believe that I entered in My journal the problems with that phoney "mechanic" guy, who's actually a cashier at Auto Zone on Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas.. who ripped Me off of $80 cash and pretended to know about My head gasket problems.. wasting money and several days without a car!  I had to get My son to help after that and after failing to replace the thermostat (cost too much), we risked it and My son upgraded the spark plugs for Me.. then all we could do was hope this alone will buy Me time!  

After the sealant was poured in and I let it sit for about 2 weeks.. I was afraid of starting it and finding out it was a done deal.  So, I finally had to brave it and it wouldn't start.  The battery wouldn't even turn over!  I had to call AAA to give My battery a jump.  It started up but the The AAA guy tried to sell Me a new battery for $109, saying Mine is shot. My son advised not to buy a battery from AAA.  I asked the AAA guy if I should pour the coolant in since the water was down about 1 inch.  We shut off the car to test it and then tried to start it up and it did.  I immediately drove to the Walmart Auto Dept. where the guy hooked up a battery monitor.  The battery still has a few months life he said. That's all I need is a few months til I can get a new/used car beginning of December.  The car started up after My shopping, had My son come by just in case.  Thank goodness I was able to get about 4 miles and back home that first time.. but it idled funny. 

A few days later it started up again, without any problems.  The pontiac doesn't seem to get hot and the temp gauge stays at the center.  I don't see much leaking in the ground.  But the engine idles very rough and it sounds terrible.. which worries Me.  

I don't know about the Pontiac idling rough after I've poured that Special Sealant in and My son upgraded and changed all the spark plugs.  My son says it doesn't need a tune up.  He says it might be the compressor?  He didn't say anything else.. I don't know if he's able to solve this problem and now I don't know if I trust any mechanics in this town? 

I've only driven the car twice since the sealant and spark plugs seems to have worked for now.  I just hope that rough idling isn't a sign of something else.. I just need to get around to local stores, etc.. without having to rely on other people.  I hate asking and relying on others for that kind of help! 

I'd like to thank the few who responded with encouraging email, suggestions, auto shop/mechanic referrals and for expressing genuine interest about My situation.. It's great to know that thoughtful and compassionate people exist!

My son and I are very close to resolving the mechanical issues.  

After 3 weeks of dealing with the ominous distractions and delays caused by the duplicitous man I trusted with My car, I won't invest any more time or money at this time.

I'm almost back to normal after the surgery.  But, as life should have it, I'm facing more problems than I anticipated!  My car broke down!  Now a local mechanic (Master Tech on Boulder Hwy.) is charging Me $123 for diagnosis saying I blew a head gasket!  He said I might as well buy a new car as My 1998 Pontiac isn't worth the $1700 he wants to replace the head gasket!  

I'm posting notices in a few lifestyle sites to see if I can find a competent mechanic who can replace the head gasket for less than $1,000.  Anyone out there!?  HELP!  I'm not ready to buy a new car! I was hoping to drive this older model for awhile longer so I could save up enough to buy a decent used car.

If you can't help fix My car.. say a few prayers for Me puhleeease!

UPDATE:  I'm temporarily out of commission, recovering from surgery last Friday, 7/26th.

I'm told the first two weeks are the worse so I'm taking it easy to maximize My chances for a successful recovery.  I didn't realize a hysterectomy is major surgery til the doctor told Me and it must be taken seriously. The long term benefits are worth any short term inconvenience, certainly reminding Myself the horrible pain will diminish soon.. so I can function without oxycodone or any meds that drag Me down!  I'm excited about trying out My new and improved, tighter, younger pussy!

I'm feeling a little better each day but don't anticipate I'll be able to do much until next weekend at least. Be patient when expecting Me to reply to email.  I'll reply asap.

My son is moving out of My spare room as of 7/14/13.  I'm very used to having someone in that room now and wish to find a compatible submissive or slave who can help with rent, chores, etc.. 

Read My profile and believe all I tell you is true and honest to the best of My knowledge to express what I'm about, willing and able to provide in exchange for a loyal and considerate roommate.

One of the most consistent challenges causing havoc almost immediately after I'm convinced it's time to move to personal contact.. when My enthusiastic impulse compels Me to suggest moving to personal contact, share Instant Messenger info., and phone numbers to get to know each other. This is the natural course of action for determining compatibility after all.

My urges peak during the first phone call or IM, perhaps again after the second when I'm intrigued and impressed by perceived substance and great potential on many levels. Then it happens, I call a few days after he agreed to call.. I said I was worried he didn't call because he's sick. His tone is cold, irritated and defensive when I reminded him I woke him the last time and told him to call Me when he can. He argues, insisting he's waited for MY call and has been inconvenienced waiting for the call I promised to make. He dismisses common sense about how I'm sure his groggy state has caused him to misunderstand.. Every effort to calmly substantiate the facts was stifled by indiscriminate defiance and denial.   

Too often the issue of following through, keeping in touch seems to sooner than later, becomes evident that again, here's another man that doesn't pay attention to a standard rule I always stipulate as a requirement from the start. I've ALWAYS made it clear that I prefer the male call Me anytime AFTER 12 Noon so I'll know how My day looks.. and I'm best able to make plans for that day!  It makes sense and has always served well for all concerned. 

It's clearly evident that most men, submissive especially, don't really listen enough to "get it" and surely assume as the Dominant 'm obligated somehow to chase him, track him down, leave messages and take on any obstacles he neglected to divulge until I catch his attention long enough to argue about it, says he's unable to talk now or eventually admits that he expects Me to endure this chaotic and inefficient pattern.. 

On the positive side, these men nip it in the bud by displaying and unyielding lack of common sense and mindless self-indulgent stupidity. The last word from this “so-called” submissive male was, “I must not want a real long term relationship”!  This conclusion from a man who rejected every attempt I made to work through a simple misunderstanding!  Does anyone else agree this behavior indicates strong dominant tendencies?  He tried to beat Me down, control Me and although I admit that I did apologize at first.. it seems this type of man resents strong women, feelings of inadequacy perhaps? 

After living in the OC since 7/06, it's proven to be too expensive and although I've met a few wonderful male subs, I'm ready to go back to LA or Ventura County!!   Sorry I couldn't meet some of you but it's not for lack of trying!!
