| There must be a Surgeon/MD that can help me out by giving me transgender M2F surgery as close as free as possible. That is what I seem and that is what I need. I am tired of dreaming about the change. I am angry about having to live in a male body when I know I have Female feelings. I am trapped and I am asking if anyone would help me.
