| Here are my thoughts, maybe I'm reasonable, maybe not, but I'm willing to listen to ideas.
The house next door rents for $2,500/mo. We own our big 5 bedroom 3 bath house, 1/2 an acre in a cul-de-sac (see pic, property outlined in red). We could rent out one of our guest rooms, have a roommate, easily charge her $800/mo. My wife and I do not need roommates, we are financially secure, we're doing fine. We are healthy and do not require care. It would simply be nice to have some help cleaning, doing laundry, washing/waxing our cars, minor gardening help and yes I would enjoy another lady for some extra eye candy, loving bondage fun, charge her little or no rent. We have no kids, one parakeet (named Ima Greenbird - get it?) who likes people and will sit on your shoulder and tickle your ear.
Or in order to have more free time I could hire a maid to come in for a couple of hours now and then and have a mobile detail guy come over to wash and wax the cars or...I was thinking that maybe there is a win - win situation here. When I was in my 20's I was a roommate to a couple who had a house, it worked out very well for 3 years for all of us. I paid a little rent and helped out as if it was my house too. Helped with cleaning, lawn care, cooking, groceries. We became good friends.
So...is there an honest cutie out there who would consider doing some housework in exchange for living in our nice big house maybe rent-free instead of an unpleasant living situation or yucky apartment in an unsafe neighborhood where she currently lives? She could help keep the leather bondage gear cared for (I have the stuff, I could teach her how to make bondage goodies), couldn't ask a maid to do that (or could I?)! She could enjoy some bondage fun. Would she be our house slave?
I would require that she work part-time so that she would have some income for herself but mostly for her healthcare plan of some sort. Any money she earned is hers to keep (I could help her wisely invest it so that it grows, we have done well). We don't want the money you work for. Hate the idea that you should have to work a little? Click your lazy ass away from my profile you spoiled mooch. (chuckle)
We are 5 or so minutes away from the Shady Grove Metro Station.
She should be a non-smoker, light/non drinker, healthy, younger than us, not pregnant, D & D free, not overweight.

I see lots of lookers (view my profile but they don't say anything), my handle says it all. But no one asks any questions or offers an opinion. Perhaps everyone is looking for love/husbands only, similar age, or a free ride in exchange for a kinky-friendly wife. So many who call themselves "slaves" but they really are not.
I will offer this - Once the position here is filled, we don't need two of you. Snooze - you lose. If you are thinking..."maybe"...you may want to ask questions now before you are stuck living where you are.
