I have spent the last few years exploring my Dominant desires, forging freindships with other local kinksters and developing my skill at flogging, rough body play, sensation play, needle play, breath play and other things. I've had a few women wear my collar, and have learned a thing or two about what to do (and not to do) in such relationships.
I now have a good understanding of what kind of Master I wish to be, what I desire out of the lifestyle in the long-run, and what I'm capable of. Now I'm ready to set up my Household. My main desire is for a collared female slave of my own. I'd also like a female housekeeper to help my slave with the stereotypically "female" household chores and act as her maid in vanilla situations. The position of Housekeeper/Lady's Maid is being petitioned for already by a local BDSM slave. I've found her slave heart to be a very good fit for my Household. Though I have not yet collared her, she is well on the road to being Under Consideration. This is a non-sexual role (or at least, she is not sexual with me) so slaves who prefer a monogamous relationship with me are certainly welcome.
For a Butler/Valet I'm looking for a man who is 1.) straight (not bi, heteroflexible, etc), 2.) not bipolar and 3.) has a Christian faith. This is a non-sexual role (or at least, he would not be sexual with me. He should have or want his own female slave for that). This role would be ideal for the male half of a submissive couple or a beta male who is a switch (dominant towards women but sub to me).
About me
I'm a member of the local , Alt, and NEAAL groups and go to public events often. In fact I'm on staff at one of the local BDSM clubs and often give tours, help man the front desk, check that drinks are well stocked and act as a DM. I'm a firm believer in giving back to the community. Individuals in my Household will be expected to attend public BDSM events as well.
Some things I've learned on my journey thus far, either by observing other Masters or by my own experiences
A Master/Dominant SHOULD take it slowly and not move too fast when getting involved with a slave. A Master/Dominant SHOULD interview the potential slave/sub and find out what she can and can’t do, what she is willing and unwilling to do so that he can work within her limits and desires. A Master/Dominant SHOULD push limits and help his slave/sub deepen her submission/slavery to him.
A Master/Dominant should NOT do things that are on the slaves/subs “red” list. A Master/Dominant should NOT leave a slave/sub miserable and unhappy all the time by leaving her desires unfulfilled for long periods. A Master/Dominant should NOT allow a slave/sub to talk to him in a disrespectful tone of voice or yell at him. A Master/Dominant should NOT lose control of himself during a scene.
Things I like

About the type of woman I seek
Before accepting and coming to terms with my BDSM interests I tended to date interracially, and I have many friends with various ethnic backgrounds and nationalities. Racist individuals therefore need not bother contacting me.
