anyone who is in this lifestyle should learn that its a symbol .. not to be mistaken for parental.. i had the privilege of living in puerto rico for 13 yrs.. the expression is used kindly and warmly by almost everyone.. its simply a term of endearment

now doms and masters can add to that and define it as a person who lovingly with all there heart and soul would protect, nurture even put there life on the line for there sub/slave.. so using the term daddy reflects just that.. a caring enduring love symbol
