A 35 minute drive from San Antonio via I-10 East for 29.7 miles. We are additional 15 minute rural journey from Exit 601 on I-10. FM 775.
**Austin**
1 hour and 3 minutes from Austin, Texas on I-35/Tx. 123 for 57.3 miles. We are additional 15 minute rural journey from Exit 601 on I-10. FM 775.
**Houston**
We are 2 hours and 21 minutes via I-10 West for 168 miles from Houston.Texas. We are additional 15 minute rural journey from Exit 601 on
I-10. FM 775.
**Corpus Christi**
We are 2 hours and 15 minutes via I-37 for 163 miles.
We are a completely fenced in Ranch with a security gate with a pass code entrance. The pass code is changed frequently.

However you can help us build out our kinky play land by considering a "token of appreciation". Similar when you go to a guest's house when they are putting on a party. A bottle of wine or gift basket are sometimes well received.
In our case....simple things: six pack of coke, cleaning supplies, simple toys or kinky items of interest that you may want to "gift" when you arrive. Some of our guests DO contribute small amounts of money to help with building out play stations and equipment. However, these all fall into the area of voluntary contributions. Nothing is required.

You are free to shoot your own photos or videos.
We have a variety of "kink friendly" photographers to provide you with photo memories of your time with us. Once you determine what type of photo/video experience you want we will coordinate your wishes to our photographers to discuss times and their rates.
Dungeon Scheduling
All play sessions must be scheduled a minimum of two days in advance through our email address. When calling please leave a message and we will return your call promptly. Days and times fill up quickly so plan ahead.
We will provide you with a schedule that fits you and your guests. Schedule two or four hour sessions.
Upon request you may schedule sessions overnight or weekend times.
The indoor and outdoor facilities are available for over night fun.
Want to bring all of your friends out for the weekend? Absolutely!
These time slots allow you a few minutes prior to your scheduled time to get everything organized. All play toys and equipment will be checked out based on the desired play areas you have selected.
Clean up your toys and play area
Please allow 15 minutes at the end of your play session to ?clean up? the play areas. Place all toys/equipment that you have used that require specialize cleaning in the designated containers that we have provided. We place a high value on cleanliness. Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.
Dungeon Times
Indoor and Outdoor Dungeon blocks of time are as follows:

Dungeon Guidelines
? Up to four people may participate in your scheduled ?play session?.
? We recommend that you bring along your own personal toys.
? Bring your own towels, etc.
? Bathroom, tub and shower are available.
? No drinking while playing. No guns or knifes. No drugs.
? Water and Soft Drinks are available anytime.
? No Smoking in the Dungeon area or in the Play areas ? you may use the
outside deck area.

Dungeon Monitoring
We will have a Dungeon Monitor on-sight at all times. The entrance to the Dungeon Playroom is secure. You may lock the door upon entering. We may access the dungeon if we are alerted to an emergency. We reserve the right to visually monitor the dungeon at all times. The dungeon is monitored electronically for sound.
We do reserve the right to inspect your personal play bags before and after your play session.

### Medical Considerations
The Dungeon Host would like to be informed of any medical conditions prior to your scheduled session. We have a volunteer fire station within a few miles of the Ranch. Plan accordingly. We have numerous over the counter medications to deal with the little bumps/bruises and cuts.
### After Care Area
We will provide you with a comfortable after care area. Drinks and snacks provided along with blankets and comforting music.
### Signed Release Form Required
All guests (Doms and subs) will be required to sign our ?Liability Release Form?.
We require proof of a legal ID for age verification.
### Confidentiality Agreement
We have a Confidentiality Agreement that is a requirement to play at the dungeon.
