If you have a problem with that, don't waste my time. I was a sniper who changed armed forces to get into helping people rather than killing them. I am not a sadist, as I have seen enough of the stupidity of war and take now pleasure in it. I am more of a sensualist who knows what I want and how I want is done. Try not to use labels around me, unless you want me to think you borish. I think the concept of Dynamic Power Exchange is largely a fantasy for women. Show me a book or journal article about it. I am sure there are a few abnormal psychology professors that will pontificate. I suppose if you look like a guy out of a dime story romance, you might get an exchange. Success tends to blind us to reality. I believe in courtship as an essential human process. A few years ago, a woman from this site contacted me and requested we meet. It turned out she lived a few blocks from me and was attracted to me because I was an Artist. We met at a local coffee shop and talked for hours. I invited her to dinner and we walked across the street to a mediterranean restaurant. The attraction between us was strong. We then walked down to the local theatre and went in to see Black Swan. We kissed and snuggled in the dark. Later she invited me in for coffee and we kissed on the sofa. Her kisses were electric. She asked me upstairs to spend the night. I believe there is no substitute for real life courtship and intimacy. The shadows of the net are not the place to really get acquainted. It defeats communication and the essential interactions of human courtship. Honestly, it takes a long time to know if you want to be with someone the rest of your life. Initial infatuation is beautiful, romantic and delicious and it clouds judgement. I have yet to find a woman willing or capable of playing into all my fantasies. I'm an artist with subtle tastes. I am not interested in a 24/7 relationship for now, as I don't expect to find a woman who can fulfill my desires and be a companion as well. I just think the chemistry needs to be there for both of us. I think a sophisticated relationship would be more realistic. A muse is a romantic notion of inspiration by a woman. There is some psychological truth to this idea. A woman needs to make herself "irresistible" to entice desire by man. This can be as subtle as an expression or far more blatant. A woman who understands the value of this behavior and is competent can do much to initiate and sustain a relationship. Submissive roles almost require use of these talents to sustain the illusion. For example, this may take the form of continual creation of new ways for the man to conquer or dominate and be "taken". Since I am an artist, I am very visual and like to create vignettes that express different emotions. I don't particularly want to share all my ideas outside my relationships.
