Someone please define fine dining

fine dining depends on who i am eating with, not how fancy the restaurant is. Fine Dining can be a bar hamburger and a beer, KFC or Popeyes Chicken, Olive Garden, Arbys or even McDonalds Dollar Menu. 

it all depends on the person or persons I am eating with not the food itself.
