Here is a suggestion for would be subs. Don't start off by telling a Dom what you want them to do to you. It makes it sound like you want to control the action. Wording is everything. Of course Doms understand that there are things you want to try and you have limits. Instead trying listing things that you have tried and things you didn't enjoy. For instance don't say "I want you to tie me up." Instead say "I enjoy being tied up." Like I said, it's all in the wording since your profile is your first impression to a perspective Dom. Just my two cents. |

Things I learn as a Dom
1. Always have first time meets in a public place. This is for both parties safety. There are predators on both sides. I get to feel the other person out and make sure that this is something that is worth perusing.
2. Pay attention during bondage. I make sure that a potential sub does not bruise easily, I have not cut off circulation, they are mentally fine, and that they are not allergic to the rope, restraints etc. that I am using. The last I almost learned the hard way. During a session, I noticed the sub had developed hives on her wrist where the rope touched her skin.
3. Make sure all play equipment is sanitized after use. This is actually a no brainer for me but I am amazed that some people don't worry about it.
4. Always have an "after bondage chat" even after light bondage. I have usually weeded out people by this point but sometimes someone is so docile that they are afraid to say that they are uncomfortable during a session. |
