I own a HOUSE (not Apartment) near the Culver City/West LA area and am looking for a kink-friendly Roommate (roommates only... nothing more) -- and it'd be nice to have a roomy that wouldn't get all weirded-out by the BDSM stuff. Also, you should know that this would be YOUR PLACE as much as mine.

- Minutes from the Fox Hills Mall, 405 and 90 Freeways, and convenient to the Culver City, El Segundo, LAX, Playa Del Rey, Marina Del Rey, Mid-Wilshire, Venice, and Santa Monica areas


Basic Expectations:

* Clean up after yourself and help keep the place clean

* Pay rent and bills/utilities on time

* Be considerate and use a bit of common sense

* Be okay living with a smoker (me) and a pet (my dog... WOOF!!!)

* Absolutely NO DRUGS, please.
