Looking for roommate in the lifestyle to share house in the NW Philadelphia suburbs (45 min from center city Phila, 20 min west of King of Prussia, 30 min east of Reading).
$500 Rent (includes UTILITIES)
2nd floor bedroom and office. There are 3 livable floors and the washer/dryer are in the unfinished basement. The house is over a 100 yrs old (a large brick twin just minutes off of 422). The utilities are included (satellite TV dish with an extra receiver, heat, electric, water/sewer/trash, high speed Verizon DSL). Additionally, use of the rest of the house (bathroom is on 2nd floor, kitchen which includes refrigerator with filtered water, large living room, dining room, basement for storage, etc). There are 2 parking spaces off-street with a private back yard.
Lease can be short or long term, and start immediately, but first and last month rent is due at start of lease.
Note: I do have a 6 yr old rescue dog who is extremely sweet.
