| Hello all,
So, profiles are really not my thing (I think I've updated my vanilla Facebook maybe 5 times in the last year so it isn't just a CM thing) but I will give it a shot.
My story:
I think there is a moment when we all realize this is who we are and what we want and need, for me, that moment occurred when I was fifteen. I highly value self-control-in myself as well as in other Doms and in subs-so I did my best not to get into it online until I was 18. At that point, I immediately dove headfirst into the lifestyle as much as I could. I met a dominant couple (Master and alpha slave/Mistress of house) who took me under their wing and mentored me as a Dom.
Probably the most valuable piece of advice I received was to try it from the other side. As they put it, "There are very few, if any, great dominants who did not at some point learn what it felt like to be a submissive." So I did. It was a very intense and grueling experience but I am definitely a better Dom for it. I was so eager to learn that even though I definitely was not a sub, I allowed my experience as a sub to be so intense that my mentors encouraged and led me to stop for safety reasons.
Now on the other side, I look to pay it back and make them proud by passing along what they gave to me. Therefore, I have chosen in the past to mentor a number of newcomers. As a mentor, my ultimate goal is to plug new and newer dominants and submissives into their local kink communities.
My appearance:
I am aware that I do not have any pictures of myself up on CM. However, I am more than happy to pass them along at request (If we begin a relationship and you do not ask, I will initiate it). However, so that you know: I'm a little over 6 feet tall, 180 lbs., white, dark hair and eyes. I'm a former high school athlete (I captained the varsity basketball team sophomore year) before I stopped playing organized sports to focus on my academics. My appearance has been called "artsy" recently and I've been told several times I remind people of the American actor Ben Affleck (UPDATE: I'm moving up in the world. I am always learning. There is always more to learn. If you have something you think I would benefit from knowing, please tell me. I'm a safety first Dom. I have found a bit of a sadistic streak and I prefer slaves over submissives. No disrespect to anyone, but I am adamantly against the usage of the capitalization changes with plural pronouns (i.e. W/we, U/us, T/they). It gives me a headache. Also, I take the titles of "Dom" and "Master" very seriously. Unless you are my slave or sub, you do not have the privilege of calling me "Master." I will not use these titles for myself unless that is what I am to you. I go by Robert but RP, Rob, and Bob also work. To me, the ability to be a good dominant or submissive is innate and is unrelated to age. Protecting:
I have, am, and am willing in the future, to protect subs/slaves/bottoms who are currently without Doms/Dommes/Masters/Mistress/Tops. I do this by getting to know the individual and their desires and then making sure interested dominants match up with the submissive's needs. If you are a dominant contacting me about a protected sub, I will send you at least one questionnaire and you can expect me to contact the dominants you are friends with.
Kinky communication:
I am huge on quick responses and communication. Combine that with my desire for safety and my full-time student status and I prefer to communicate via Skype or Yahoo! Messenger (Skype is preferred but not always possible). This way, everything looks vanilla and I can still pull out my phone and talk to you in front of vanilla friends without causing a meltdown. In addition, particularly with Skype, using those services allows me to go on webcam to talk and hopefully for newbies my willingness to do so can help you feel more comfortable.
