I find it amusing that some people limit themselves to a specific "age"... What if that person though not in your "preferred" prerequisites but is more fit than most of the people that would meet your age requirements? What if the reverse is true as well...maybe you being in your 18 something or 20 somethings or 30 something.. fail the maturity test? In reality it's the individual that counts not some preconceived notations.
