So after days of traveling we finally reached Vancouver. Now to find a campground that has internet access for the next while that we will be here. |

Well looks like in a couple of days we will be off to Vancouver. Hopefully it will be more fun than Calgary. |

And the day finds us camped about 3 mins north of Calgary for the week while we seek jobs. |

Well Winnipeg was not as excting as we have hoped and today finds us camped about 3 mins east of Regina. Alas we didn't get a chance to hit the beach. We plan on being here at least 2 days before moving on. |

Wow, it has been a while since I put a note in here. We are now in Manitoba, about 20 mins or so from Winnipeg. There is a famous beach not far from Winnipeg and we plan on heading there for a few days of rest and relaxation. |

Hmmm, took the ferry across from PEI to NS and did we get away from the rain??? Nope, the rain followed us yet again. Decided to spend a few days seeing the north of NS. Will probably go to where the ferry for Newfoundland is just to wave at the ferry. |

Bah hambung. Three days now in PEI and it rained everyday. Other then driving around in the rain and taking pictures there is not much to do. Will be leaving PEI in a couple of days for NS (and hopefully better weather). |

Actually after finding out the costs to for to Newfoundland we decided to skip that place and spend more time in PEI, NS and NB. Looking forward to meeting some interesting persons in those places :-) |

And we are off on our east coast tour. Currently we are in NB, near Moncton to see some nice rocks, possibly Magnetic hill, and the tides but will be leaving for PEI, or NS, or Newfoundland soon. No real time schedule in mind and will go where the winds take us. Would love to meet some nice folks along the way :-) |

A new addicion and it goes by the name of World of Warcraft. Well, I must say that it is an interesting game and unlike the people that have been playing for years and years I only started a couple of months ago to relieve the boredom of winter and I have been playing quite a bit. I am looking forward to summer though since then I can once again take to the trails and such. Still reading the journals of the people here and enjoying life. |

Well, it has been a while and I found a new hobby even though I suck at it, and it goes by the name of Party Poker. Some days I do well and other days.....No, I don't play for money since I am still trying to figure out if a straight beats a flush, or if a full house is better than a straight, and so on.
Actually I have been also reading the profiles of people on this site and the journals and I must say some are rather imaginative and interesting. Keep up the good work people :-)

A few days later and my friend the bat was still there and this time she was not alone. She had a friend with her and for the next two weeks they were always there together. But one day I went in and they were no longer there in the morning. As a guess I imagine that the cold season forced them to relocate elsewhere. So now I need a new hobby :-) |

Well today has been a good day, and I finally had a chance to take it easy and watch the insanity going on around me and it was very enjoyable :-)
I saw a bat during daylight hours hibernating in a corner of a ceiling at work and was very tempted to take her home (yes it was a her for she called to me to look up as I walked on by). I left her there though for her Mistress, The Night, might have taken offense at my taking one of Her children. I always felt that it is foolish to anger The Night and Nature. |
