For those of you who cannot make any of our events [we don't believe it!] due to work or home commitments, Purple Passions will be opening the dungeon on Friday and Saturday nights at normal party prices. This will also suit those who maybe prefer more private play or a quieter environment. NB please give advance notice still if you'd like to come along.
Our events have been busy of late - please do book early to avoid disappointment. If you've been recently and found us a bit crowded for play we are limiting numbers and offering more dates to try to accommodate everyone and allow plenty of time for relaxed use of the dungeon.

Please book for parties at least one week in advance If at all possible. For the benefit of all we need to know approximate numbers to help plan the events.

| Costs |
|
We don't charge any 'membership' fees unlike some venues. Guests are asked to contribute from £12.50 (depending on the party) each [£20 if staying over - including breakfast]. Soft drinks are provided and sometimes snacks if we're feeling generous. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks and make use of the kitchen facilities.

| Dungeon Hire |
|
As well as being available for our normal parties the dungeon is available for hire. Whether you want to have a private play session or photo shoot with all of our equipment at your disposal - or a private party with some of your friends, we are happy to discuss how we can help. Our rates are as reasonable as you'll find for first class dungeon space.
Hire is for a minimum of two hours, and the rate per hour depends on how many guests there are:
2 People - £25 per hour
3-5 People - £15 per hour per person
6-16 people - £10 per hour per person.
Play and stay
For couples or small groups have the run of the dungeon all night and stay over.
£65 per person.
PARTIES
Party Nights are an opportunity for friends old and new to use the play space and chill in the Purple Passions lounge. You will find yourselves amongst like-minded people sharing the same interests, without any pressure. Conversation, peaceful chillout music, and play in a safe and friendly environment - the perfect evening out.
For newer players, parties provides the time and space to explore and develop your passions. We have a relaxed approach, but there is always expert advice or help on hand if wanted.
No two parties are quite the same, and new themes or equipment are introduced from time to time. We are also hoping to have more demonstrations during parties in 2009.
Each party is different depending on who is there and occasionally there are specific activities, treats or demonstrations laid on. We are happy to advise which forthcoming party you might enjoy most depending on your own preferencies.

A. Absolutely not! Although some people in the scene are also swingers all are expected to respect others and their choices. We have a relaxed approach and wouldn't want anyone to feel they had to take part in anything they didn't want to. Many people who come to Purple Passions are in established relationships and don't have any interest in playing with others. Some of us just like to socialise with others where we can wear what we like, and have access to great play furniture.

A. It can be exciting to watch other couples at play - but we also respect those who may not be into exhibitionism or voyeurism. Play is forbidden in the chill out zone, so it's perfectly possible to just come and socialise and have a little private play if you want. A. We think socialising at parties like ours is a great way to find out more about the scene, and get ideas and find out what is going on.
This we feel is also far safer than simply meeting people from the internet on a one to one basis. So in that sense you may find it helpful. But we're not providing a venue with speed dating for singles and it's not a pick up place for casual sex!

A. Single people are more than welcome.
We are eager to talk to newcomers, or friends of existing friends with a view to coming along, but please be aware we may ask questions to ascertain you are genuine players or novices and will abide by the rules.
We also will talk to you about your kink/interest so that we can try to ensure you attend a party with like minded people there.

This is our regular party on the second Saturday of each month. But now it runs from 5pm until the last players finish! He then accesses a MS-SQL database through an ODBC connected Excel Spreadsheet with email on his Blackberry and, after a few minutes, receives a response. Finally, he prints out a full-color, 150-page report on his hi-tech, miniaturized HP LaserJet printer and finally turns to the farmer and says, 'You have exactly 1,586 cows and calves.'
'Wow That's right. Well, I guess you can take one of my calves,' says the Farmer. They are 2 dungeon rooms. In the larger - the one you can see in pic - there is a large suspension frame, a suspension frame that has a couch incorporated, the wheel thingy - the wheel is turned to make the bar go up and down, there are electrical rods that can be placed on either side of the bar to encourage the sub to maintain an upright position. There is also a very sturdy spanking stool that has straps to ensure the compliance of the sub.
In the second room there is a vertical cage that can take 2-3 standing subs depending on their size. A whipping post. A throne.
Outside on the landing is a large cage on wheels that can take a good sized sub. The landing itself is 'caged' off and lends itself as being a handy place to leash subs until they are required.
Downstairs is a changing room - just in case you don't feel like coming predressed for the party. There is also a smoking room (we would welcome a human ashtray) and a chill out room. |

But what I can say is that we have a cross-section of BDSM interested members.
