We are a professional couple looking for a considerate yet easy going house mate in a friendly open minded kink environment, the room is a large double room £65 per week inc. all bills and Internet access.
We are not looking for a play partner in anyway shape or form!
The room...
Comes furnished with a large built in wardrobe, double bed and desk, although we can put some of these items into storage if required.
The house...
is situated right in the city centre of Preston with a 2 min. walk to the train station and very close to the University.
Other Areas inc...
Shared bathroom and kitchen area with storage in both if required, access to a large garden space that is nice and secluded and shared living area as both me and my partner are very sociable.
What we are looking for...
We want either a young professional or student who is generally tidy and considerate of others, someone who won't play loud music till 3am or invite twenty people over every other night! Other than that we're not that bothered unless you're an axe murderer!
About us...
He is a 25yr old IT professional who works odd hours and gets paid sickeningly well for it and she is 28yr old mature student currently at Uni and also works part time. We're very easy going and enjoy socialising etc. We are also very much into the scene and would prefer having someone of less vanilla persuasion living with us.
Fine Print...
Rent is £65 per week, as stated above inc. all bills and internet access, except land line calls. A deposit of four weeks rent is required (upfront).
Just to stress the point again!
We are not looking for a play partner in anyway shape or form just a housemate!
