The psychological side of things has always been very much my focus. I am a lecturer in Pssychology degree and studied psychology and power and some length before my PhD and from there I really went headlong into Ds and exploring the psychological and physical sides of it.
Im interested in pursuing rules, control, focus, discpline, spanking, and the depths of aroousal through shame, exhibition and pushing confort zones both physical and mental. However hard limits must be respected.
Without that contrast then this is nothing.
