I am a 50 year old divorced (22+ years) domme, mother, grandmother, polyamorist lady looking for a little more out of life. Not more because I NEED more in order to be happy, I am happy now; but more because...well, why not? New friends, lovers, playmates, activity partners, companions, confidantes.
As I search for compatible partners I find it helpful to describe, as precisely as I can, what it is that I am searching for.
I am poly, but define my relationship preference as a Polyamorous Network, comprised of a network of close, intimate friends and lovers who subscribe to a polyamorous lifestyle in which each participant forms his own links (intimate relationships). These may or may not be connected to the links formed independently by those with whom each is linked. Each member of this network is responsible for himself, his own emotional and physical safety, and his own finances, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Any couple remains free to make their own agreements or rules that apply to that relationship only.
I realize that looks pretty impersonal and/or businesslike, but it's sometimes a good starting point when embarking on a new discussion of possible relationship options.
