| 1. I hereby submit myself fully to the ownership of ______________________
2. This ownership will be until midnight on _____________________
3. As a slave I agree to the following;
3.i. To wear a chastity device
3.ii. To pay a daily/weekly tribute to £__________
3.iii. To obey any and all instructions (subject to Clause 4.ii) of my owner and any other person she authorises
3. iv. To accept without reservation or compliant any punishment given
4. My owner agrees to the following;
4.i. To never cause me permanent harm
4.ii. To not instruct me to break the law
4.iii. Keep the chastity key of the slave's device safe until the contract ends (unless invoking Clause 4.iv)
4.iv. If selling the chastity key to any third member the slave must be given the right of first refusal at the agreed sale price prior to any transfer of the key
4.v. Return the chastity key and any other property or private information collected during the duration of the contract upon reaching midnight of the last day of the agreement.
4.vi. If restrict any financial penalty on the slave, whether shopping or cash, to £_________ per calendar month
5. The contract is strictly binding and cannot be changed by the slave once started
6. The mistress can change any term of contract (except Clause 4.ii, Clause 4.iv and Clause 4.v) and to do so must provide 48 hours notice in writing the slave.
6.i. If the slave does not agree to the changes he can ask the mistress to reconsider.
6.ii. The mistress is under no obligation to reconsider and her final decision is binding.
7. The mistress can sell this contract before its end date to any other third party who will assume responsibility for the slave.
7.i. The slave must recognise the authority of the new contract owner without question
