There exists a symbol of everything that is wrong with society. It personifies double standard. It is the monster in nature that causes half the species to lose its capacity for rational thought, while simultaneously increasing its predatory, territorial traits. It epitomizes a despoiling self-centered beast, yet is equally that beasts ultimate weakness.
You know it represents everything that is unfair. In one sense, You want to possess it. But in another sense, You really want to control it, because control of the symbol is control of the beast. Punish the symbol when You want to vent Your frustrations. Use it only when *You* feel like it. You dont need to care what the beast wants. It is strong, but ultimately too stupid and mindless to resist. Its weakness can be used to control it thoroughly and completely. It is both a carrot and a stick, and probably no coincidence that it resembles both.
Vent. De-stress. Control. Own the symbol - own the beast. You should... because You can.
And Your control is such that You can can own it for an hour, a week, a month, a year, whatever. And You can casually toss it aside any time it bores You, and theres not a damn thing the beast can say about it. You can, and should own as many as possible. None of them has any more value than the other, hence all can be discarded. The beasts know this, and crave Your attention all the more for it.
