| Due to the unexpected death of my husband, I am looking for a roommate to share a large kitchen, wrap around deck, living room and den. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one which includes a large master bath with walk in closet and built in shelving. The yard is fenced and the house is dog friendly. I have a submissive SPCA mutt who loves everyone so another dog would be welcome as would a lot of books since there are built in bookshelves in the downstairs library area which also features a skylight.
Tennis courts and walking trails are perfect for a fitness enthusiast or a nature lover who works in DC or Baltimore. Rent would be $800 month.
I'm posting here because I'd never feel comfortable in my own home if I had to live with a vanilla roommate. While living in NY/NJ, I had the experience of both vanilla and kinky roommates and the latter was much easier.
I'm looking to share this space with a professional rather than a party animal. A car would be a must since shops and public transit are not within walking distance but there would be a reserved parking space available.
I'm not looking for any sort of relationship or play.
