My name is James. I am 31. I'm quite honest and open about myself. I find that the more honest and open you are, the more you seem to attract like-minded people and repel the reverse. By the age of twenty I had pretty much decided God does not exist. Most people who have this revelation tend to have one of two reactions - relief or despair. It got me thinking, though: Hang on! That means there's a situation vacant! I like to write. I'm currently engaged in writing a book. I like to play with language. My favourite letter is the ampersand, which isn't really a letter but a logotron. Apparently, 1 in 5 people in the world are Chinese. There are 5 people in my family, so it must be one of them. It's either my mum or my dad. It could also be my older brother Colin or my younger brother Ho-Chan-Chu. I think it's Colin. I also like design and typography. I do freelance graphic design on top of writing. I also possess some very mild superpowers. I can sense the location of crockery in the kitchen and I can judge whether things will fit through doorways. Especially sofas. But for every very mild superpower there has to be a very mild super-weakness: I get nauseous around the smell of bins and I hate individually sliced cheese in vacuum-wrapped plastic. Very well versed in Euthenics and Social Psychology and Human behavioural science. What makes you who you are and why you do what you do are the mysteries I work to penetrate in daily life. Teashops: I love them, too. Especially old fashioned ones that still use apostle teaspoons. I love to take walks in the park. Or walks by the river. Or walks by the river in the park. Or walks in the river by the park in the autumn. Autumn is my favourite season: all the colours. If the weather's too rough for a walk in the park, or by the river, or by the river in the park, then I'll stay in and play computer games or play board games: depends whose around to play with. Sometimes I'll just read. My favourite authors are China Miéville, HP Lovecraft and Lemony Snicket. Joe Dunthorne is also an author I'm quite fond of. I like films. Who doesn't? The Empire Strikes Back is my favourite. I love Star Wars! Submit all questions in writing to my inbox.

Total waste of time.

Everyone is a time-waster on here. Even the women who complain about time-wasters.

Wondering if anyone is fucking genuine on this site. Lol.

It seems there's an equal amount of time-wasting women on here as there are time-wasting men. Six of one and half-dozen of the other, I think.

So far this website has proven to be a waste of time and energy.
