| I have to confess that I am not really much of a dominant. I have dommed on and off since I was in my early twenties but I think I am a little different to the cookie-cutter dressed in black, goateed with shaved head dominant. Let me explain. I love to be in control and I have been called a sensual dominant or gentle dominant as I am not very sadistic at all. I think part of it is I have been self employed or running my own companies since I was in my early twenties so I probably don't need to have my ego stroked too much, and I have never had a problem yet with being obeyed because we aren't using the usual protocol! I treat it all not too seriously which quite a lot of subs find a bit irreverent.
Please note that I don't care for doing the capitalisation D/s thing either and I should also confess that I sometimes even let a "please" slip out (and even an odd "thank you") but old habits die hard.
