How Important is Health, Hygiene, and Appropriate Dress?

HEALTH well girl believes is a vital key point to everything. Girl believes you should make sure to eat plenty of carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins in your foods and fluids as much as you are permitted. Do this to nourish your body and mind, and to also exercise your body regularly as permitted by your master. You should do things like this to increase your physical strength, to keep your limbs as FLEXIBLE as possible, and to maintain or improve your Figure so you may be able to endure your masters use of you. However intense and for however long of a time it might be required by your master. You should try to be healthy and of a sound mind and body. Free as possible of any limitations.  Girl herself is working out three times a day 7am, 11am, and 4-5pm.  Each time she is walking. She started out walking 1.2 miles and has accomplished walking 3.3 miles today she has a goal to add half of a mile each day. (Example 1.0 miles) (The next day 1.5 miles.)  , As soon as she can build her tolerance and endurance up she will start jogging then accelerate to running. If you keep yourself fit and healthy girl believes it will be easier to endure something’s that at a heavier weight it seems uncomfortable. No girl is not saying you have to be a size 2 because she is not that size herself but take care of your body and mind keep yourself healthy even if you have a illness or disease don’t just focus on that one thing focus on your whole body as One.  Your body should be maintained to ensure good health and that it will provide for your masters erotic enjoyment. You will need to attempt to avoid diseases (mostly Sexually Transmitted Diseases) should any medical issue arise you should inform your master immediately.

HYGIENE girl believes hygiene is the second most important thing when it comes to your body. You should bath or shower daily and smell of a good smell. You should especially smell good around your vaginal or anal area. Shaving your vagina and arms pits legs arms if required by your master is a great idea as nothing should be hidden or out of view from your master. Also having lots of hair in your vaginal area increases you sweating and sweat in your vaginal area can cause a not so pleasant odor. Wash yourself thoroughly remember if you were going to see your master you would almost scrub your skin off wanting to Smell clean so you should do the same as you would then. And when girl says scrubbing skin off that is just a mere expression not serious. You should be clean inside and outside. You need to shower frequently, and should generally exclude a pleasing aroma. The natural scent of a woman is not only a sexual stimulant but an aphrodisiac that has been with mankind since the beginning of time. Your nails and your hair should be kept in a neat and clean manner.  Your pubic area is to be shaven regularly don’t wait to long to let your hair grow back. Girl has found that a product called “Nair” works very well she uses it everywhere. But do not leave on longer than 10 minutes or it may cause burning sensation. Shave from at least the hood of your clitoris down depending on your master’s specific orders. Girl likes taking showers and baths so keeping good hygiene isn’t a problem for her.

APPROPIATE DRESS  girl believes that at all times whether in the presence of sir or not you should be dresses in a neat and tidy manner. Your clothing should always be clean and free of any wrinkles. Your colors and yours style should be well coordinated to complete a Pleasing ensemble. You will need to endeavor to overdress for any occasion. If you are unsure of what to wear for any occasion you should ask your master or most times your master will pick what you wear unless you decide to choose to hopefully win in his favor of liking.  If you don’t dress nice neat and coordinated girl doesn’t believe you could have too much confidence. It’s like going to a job interview when you go you just don’t wear some shorts and a torn tank top. Do you? No you pick out an outfit that is well put together and looks professional.  Girl is going walking at 5pm today she is looking forward to it, she will still follow her schedule that sir has created. She did write her journals earlier today but she finds it is better to do it now than not. Girl is thinking she is staying on track so far just hopes she continues to stay on track for she doesn’t want to loose Sir.

well been a while since girl has even been on here yeah May 24th was the last actuall time she wrote a journal but she is gladly able to follow her schedule and is now caught up with journals girl got behind because of pure laziness what would you do if your sub was lazy i like to clean and do things but sometimes im just LAZY but anyway girl has goals by the end of week hopefully she will make meets with no punishments so far she is happyu with that 2 jobs possibly so she is hapy she is workingon betterign herself and her life. she will keep you updated.

Girl went to doctor today and she is healthy but just needs to loose weight. girl weighs 251.00 she weighes 254.00 so she lost 3 pounds recently she is happy about that but when she goes back in a month she wants to have lost atleast 10 pounds by then she thinks she should have no problem accomplishing that.

Today

Well girl got up at 9 again :-( she is not happy with this. then she forgot to ask permission to shower and took a shower but she asked Sir for Foregiveness Sir dressed her and she started her day everything was going fine she was getting ready to start chores and then her grandmother had to go to a funeral and girls mom was sick with flu so now girl had to drive her grandmother to funeral and then pick her up so it was now 10:15am, so girl had to stop what she was trying to get caught up on and take granny to town she let Sir know what she needed to do he Approved now Girl is back but after she got back a COW(animal) got out of the field and girl and her mother had to get cow back in field so after running a cow and tryign to not get hurt girl didnt know where to start then after that girl had to go pick up her grandmother she picked her up and stopped at two stores one to get gas another to get snacks girl picked up for herself a notepad a folder a dry erase board and some pens in hopes that she can write down her Daily chores and Daily bdsm Task and keep up with them. right now girl seems to be struggling woth motivation she is not as motivated as she was is this normal to happen to a submissive when first starting out? or should i be working at this problem more aggresively id like answers from either side please. it is very nice to know that some of you actually read my journals for a while girl just thought she was writing to herself. hopefully some of you who do read girls journals with reply girl cannot think of anything else to say or write about she will let you know how tomorrow goes.

Not so Great

well today started a little earlier than yesterday. girl got up at 9 but was soppuse to be up at 6am. she did a lot of driving again today so still wasnt able to keep schedule its becoming very dissappointing. she realizes now than before that she is really going to have to push to get a job so she can save up to get her own place because girl literally has no privacy here and she cannot do what she needs to do and on the days that she does have privacy somebody always wants her to drive girl is a little frustrated today it seems like shes going backwards she is not being negative just saying.

Finally Caught Up!

For the past two weeks since may the 2 girl had stopped writting her journals got fourteen journals behind and became some what depressed. she for a week or so just really lost focus and her concentration and her primary goals. at some point she even considered walking away from what her master and girl have been so taskly working to achieve. she fell off course but is now back on tracks and now realizes how easy it is to let everyday life worries and problems get in the way of the lifestyle you want to achieve. girl let her stress and issues block the most important thing besides god himself. Not loosing focus and not going astray but she and Master where able to bring her back to her primary focus and goals. Girl realized she was slipping and had a detailed disccusion with master and he gave her some words of encouragement but most were girl needing to talk to someone about the problem she had. so girl is back on track and is more determined from the first time around. and will know not be so easily distracted to go astray. she didnt do her journals for a couple reason she is ashmed to say but she was lazy for one and depressed and stressed out and instead of doing what she had the option of doing she didnt. but if it ever happens again girl will alert sir of too much stress depressed or beginning to become lazy so the problems can be addressed at first. she is going to push herself harder than she ever has before in her life push herself to do more to learn more to stay focused to loose weight and to get things done and stop procasinating on them. no use of having a brain if you never use it?. but she is happy that she is caught up and back on track her 2 weeks of being off track she really REALIZED  how much the bdsm lifestyle and her master make her happy and how much she loves being apart of a integral movement. she will always remember her duties and primary goal to serve her master and fulfill his desires and needs

Goals In Life

Cleaning

Being Healthy

128 Basic Slave Rules

Touching Kitty Without Permission

At first girl did not take this rule seriously at all. she was constantly touching kitty referred to it still as hers and not masters. she would cum with out permission. and the first couple of times master was being nice and didnt punish girl just lectured her so she knew she had gotting away with it and still continued to touch and play with kitty. but the next time she did it master wasnt so linient he punished girl in a way that she was compelled to not forget. master made girl take a rope and tie around her body from her waist all the way down to her knees. girl was not able to move or wiggle her thighs in this type of bondage. and the worst thing was she couldnt TOUCH KITTY at all. Punishment

  As much as girl hates punishments she seems to always get herself into things to get them. Pain

Loosing Sight of Primary Focus

Girl understands the importance of knowing her primary focus. Girl lost sight of that easily a few days ago. She was not asking sir for permission to go places and to do things. She had lost partial respect for sir and she was being lazy and not doing as she was supposing to. I believe we all learn from our mistakes and we can all learn and girl has learned that if she doesn’t follow the structure that has been put there she will stray away and loose her primary goal. This could also be to please her master. Loosing sight if this goal can be a bad thing for both parties’ bad for the submissive because she is going astray and bad for the dominant because he has to find a way to guide her or him back to the primary goal. in the vanilla life you get so used to doing what you want when you want and how you want to with a few stipulations but it is different in the bdsm lifestyle it is not a bad thing just something you have to learn to adjust to and follow.

Attitude

My attitude lately hasn’t been the best. And girl is not proud of it. She lost partial respect for sir, and began to act in a demeanor that was most utterly disrespectful. She thinks that your attitude should represent not only your respect for your sir but also you are representing him and you’re self through your actions and your behavior. So you should always be on your best behavior. Whether it’s being obedient attentive alert honest devoted willingness. Be careful to not let small temptations and obstacles astray you from your primary goal and focus. it is very easy to loose focus of your primary goal but I find that after I have acted out or been disobedient that I was more shamed of myself than sir but girl will be more careful with her attitude and don’t let your personal life interfere with your relationship between you and your master always be honest with your master about what’s  bothering you and what’s going on because if you do not tell him or her they will not understand why you are acting our and will more than likely result in further punishment instead of resolving the problem

The Pro's and Cons of Bdsm and the Lifestyle

Girl thinks to her best knowledge not stating that it is true the cons or some of them might be abuse from master or sir. It can bring Mental or physical harm. Permanent marking for a submissive that does not want it. Drug use also can happen. Serving a master that is using you for the wrong reasons. Physiological harm, and the over craving for attention that could get you in trouble. The pro's of bdsm or advantages would be it brings structure to the individual and there setting. It brings happiness to the both participating parties. It can also blossom into love continues relationship. It broadens the individual’s traits and development of them. Helps on to form or develop higher communication skills not only between the master and submissive but around others as well. It keeps an individual mind and body productive. It can be a place to express one's feelings or emotions. The scene or setting of the lifestyle is not overwhelming it is welcoming to most. It teaches you to have patience. You learn to have trust respect faith devotion dedication obedience and honesty. For some people it helps them find who they are in life. It gives you feeling that you most crave for (to know that you are wanted or needed) or cared for.  The ability to be able to please someone desires and needs. And the greatest of them all is to be able to learn all of this and more from a great and true master who seeks a submissive for his desires and needs but also to guide him/her and mentor and teach them.
