Honesty is a must, liars will not be tolerated. Must be able to be alone at times, understand that sometimes space is required. Understand that I am still learning and growing in my chosen field and will be going back to school. You must earn VERY well, I will not tolerate slackers and mooches. I have paid my way and helped my children grow and become adults. I will not do it for anyone else
