This is a couple pages out of my interviewing manual. If you can agree to this, we can talk about the rest.
Domina
· Maintaining and protecting the trust that you have bestowed upon me with and holding that trust as the sacred foundation of our relationship
· Your protection of physical and emotional safety. I will not deliberately cause you permanent and/or irreversible damage.
· For providing for your needs and caring for you within the context of our relationship.
· For training you as my property, so that you might achieve your true potential as my slave.
Slave's Responsibilities
· You must understand clearly the terms and conditions of your submission.
· You must be certain of what is expected of you and what limitations are placed upon you. If you are unsure, ASK.
· Armed with free choice, you surrender willingly to your Domina.
· You have willingly agreed to my control and domination. As long as you remain in this relationship, you are expected to honor and obey me.
· As slave you are obligated to and responsible for insuring that you take care of yourself. If you cannot take care of yourself, you will be unable to take care of your Domina, or any other Family members.
· Communicate your needs to me clearly. I don’t read minds.
· Notify me of any changes in your physical/emotional/mental well being.
· Know that you may talk with me about anything at any time. But in this, you are expected to exercise good judgment and self control by planning to bring new issues forward at times that are considerate of the Domina’s needs.
· Exercising care and sound judgment in all things, remembering that in all things your conduct reflects upon me.
· A slave's primary function is to serve and please the Domina.
· Slave has sworn to fulfill my desires without expecting anything beyond the pleasures of serving him/her in return.
· Being in Domina’s presence while slave is inebriated or on drugs will be cause for immediate dismissal.
· A lie caught may be cause for immediate dismissal.
· Slave is expected to hold down a job and support himself.
· Slave will be punished for disobedience. The slave will be punished fitting the form of the offense.
· Poor performance.
· Lying. This is cause for dismissal.
· Tardiness and/or being late.
· Failure to confess to Domina the slave's misconduct and/or misdeeds.
· Punishment and its severity will be determined by Domina.
Slave must remember that if it pleases the Domina a slave should not feel humiliated. The humiliation should not be a means to tear down self-esteem of a slave. It is a tool to rebuild it. Slave is of the utmost importance to Domina. Slave is respected. Humiliation does not mean that slave is “less than”, it means that Domina wishes to see all of slave’s heart.
Good slaves are rewarded as Domina sees fit. A reward should never be considered an expectation. Rewards will be a wish granted.
Your primary function is to be focused on your Domina unless otherwise directed. You may socialize, with permission, but be attentive to Domina’s needs.
Your fast response will be noted and appreciated always.
The slave will be neat and clean at all times. Hair washed, shaved and ready to serve at all times.
There is a zero tolerance of any illegal drugs, alcohol and/or impaired condition!
The slave will be expected to have his own toy bag. The slave will make sure all toys and tools are clean and ready for use.
Family
Slave is expected to be honest with any family living at home. Coming home with a back full of flogging welts will be questioned.
