ROOMS FOR RENT in Iowa City
I have 1-2 rooms to rent in my home in Iowa City. I am looking for queer friendly and kink friendly person(s) to move in on a month-month basis.
Rent includes wireless internet and satellite tv, own bathroom, and sharing the bathroom with whomever takes the second room (if anyone). There is also a washer and dryer and a play space in the basement. Additional utilities such as electric/gas/water will be split between all of us.
No smoking anywhere on the property. This is a quiet neighborhood, so no partying.
