You would have Your own room and full bath in a comfortably furnished townhouse in a gated community in North Scottsdale. i cook between three and five nights/wk and the fridge always has leftovers, fruit and salad fixings. There is ample parking, two heated pools, a jacuzzi and workout facility on the property. The typical rent (w/util) is over $2200/mo.
