Like a number of member on this site I have weight issues that i am working on. As well as also having health issues from being a long time diabetic (25 years)
I have a lot of free time on my hands at the moment. I am dealing with some health issues. Due to diabetes that are eating me alive I lost ½ of my left foot and have to walk in these big black boots that make me look like Darth Vader but they do look cool when I wear them at leather events or with tight at SCA events.

BAD NEWS. Today I saw the doctor. The wound is healing. The bone
infection is not. Right now I am on IV antibiotics. Type one is one time a day.
Type two is 4 times a day. Type three will be three times a day, start that on Thursday.
Most likely I will end up with a below amputation. Chainsaw time.

Semi-good news here. Since I had the toe and the
bone removed we think I am eligible for new leg braces, the right ones. This will
mean less pain and maybe better mobility. We will see. And the wound is healing
nicely. Maybe one more week of the wound vac.

Went into the hospital
Sunday for a simple procedure it was to just be over night but it
