| Hello I'm a R/L Dom looking for a LTR. I've been in the LS for the pass 10 yrs. You should have some experience and/or a pretty clear understanding of your station in life and your need to serve. Be prepared to be trained in my ways for your service and protection. I'm looking for 24/7 service and control.
You will be rewarded for service above and beyond and disciplined for sub-standard service. Please note that discipline is not all about pain, actually it isn't about that at all though might include same.
