Women are pretty good listeners, but they really don't hear men.
Day 1:
A man says "knock it off"
A woman hears almost nothing because she is multitasking.
In her mind this is going on...
1. He seems agitated. I wonder if everything is ok at work?
2. It kinda cute the way he clenches his teeth.
3. I gained 5 pounds I wonder if he still loves me.
4. Which shoes should I wear to the party tonight.
Day 2:
The man says "I warned you"
In her mind....
1. His body language says he is upset.
2. Maybe he doesn't love me anymore, I bet its the extra weight.
3. He didn't say a word about the shoes last night.
Day 3:
The man says "why do you keep doing that, you know it hurts my feelings."
In her mind....
He doesn't love me anyway. umm didn't he just tell me two days ago he wished I would "run off"?
This is why I think spanking is so important. Focus is good for communication. :D |
