| I believe submission is the pinnacle of trust. It is a matter of giving up your freedom in exchange for security. A person upon which the gift of submission is bestowed bears a great responsibility. A Dom has to be firm, yet caring, know when to punish and when to reward. The journey starts with the gift of submission and is up to the Dom to take care of it and cherish it. It's a fragile thing that has to be protected, both from the outside and inside factors. Doms everywhere should remember that once someone submits to you they are not your property, but your responsibility.
