I have some requirements:
You MUST Be Able to Do Chores! you must be physically fit enough to do yard work and housework. That will Include but not be limited to: mowing the yard, weeding the yard, doing dishes, taking out the trash, cleaning the cat box, scrubbing the floors.
you must disclose any medical issues that you may have that may Interfere with your Service To Me!
you Must be willing to Serve; I mean Really Serve. Not some kind of BS Fantasy that is unrealistic.
