After a little more conversation with folks here and between the two of us, I think what we're really looking for is probably not something we're going to find on this site, but... what we'd really like is a submissive female friend who we get together with on occasion (weekends, holidays, whatever) that takes direction from me on how to please my wife.   Then she and I both together pleasure my wife in whatever way we see fit, again with me directing the action.  Not that the female will be ignored or go un-pleasured by any stretch of the imagination, just that the general focus would always be on my wife and bringing her shuddering, moaning orgasms.
