Is it wrong to assume that a good Dom/Domme respects as well as expects respect?

Is it wrong to assume that a good Dom/Domme can read?

Is it wrong to assume that a good Dom/Domme would read my wishes and respect them not to contact me?

I've been told that there are many fakes and pretenders here. I believe it. I hope there are real people as well.
