| It is time that I started to practice self care and stop settling. I am all luscious, vivacious, humourous, voracious and ready. I was fortunate enough to speak to a lovely man who gave me the inside scoop. The more he talked, the more I knew that this is where I belong. He talked about the need for trust, connection and honesty first and foremost. He suggested that I do a bdsm checklist which I am in the process of doing.
