 I'm an experienced switch living in probably the worst state for an active BDSM lifestyle. I work for the US Army and do travel/deploy from time to time. I enjoy so many activites in BDSM; so that makes me rather flexible.
After my next deployment I'm looking to use part of my income to open a dungeon in Hastings.
I'm looking mainly for slaves but a Mistress(es) would be definately ok too.

So... definately have one hell of a hangover. Yesterday was glorious. But it ended outrageously. After too many beers and champagne and martini's I started to halucinate being on the battle field and my friends had to restrain me. When they started getting tired and realized I wasn't they freaked and dialed 911. When the police arrived they investigated my broken window and asked if I was on something. In a drunken stupor I told them I was on two multivitamins, an Omega 3, Acidopholus and hydroxycut. I explained I hadn't taken any in 24 hours because I planned on drinking. He picked up the bottle of Hydroxycut and showed me where it said NO ALCOHOL while using.
ONE HELL OF A DAY!
No arrests, no hospital... no problem.
HAVE A GREAT DAMN DAY!

Just a couple of more random thoughts from your ADHD switch soldier...
1). Thank you to those who look at my profile and read it. I've yet to actually have an issue where someone just asks me to do something I have specifically specified against etc. etc. etc.
B). Saw Watchmen for the first time ever last week on my downtime after duty hours. Story line was ok, but visually it was rockin'!
Yellow). I'm losing an average of 1.5 to 2.5 pounds a day using a new workout. It kicks my ass but I'm getting stronger, faster, and trimmer.
4). BDSM for life.

After posting my last journal, I read the rest of the newly posted journals like I usually do. Usually it's rude to jump into the conversations posted there but this time I believe is an exception.
1). Scammers. Why BDSMers? You scammers have to know that BDSM people are not 'normal' and that we aren't used to taking crap. The last two scammers that tried to take advantage of me I turned into the FBI. I won't expose you here, I don't have to. And to anyone else with the same problems, I suggest it. Both individuals stopped bothering me VERY quickly. And even if they're not in the USA the FBI will get the job done.
SO PLEASE LEAVE US ALONE!
2). Shyness is not going to be very helpful. If you don't approach someone virtually then they probably won't approach you. DUH. It's just like the rest of life. 99% of the population is not mindreaders. I've yet to reject a Master/Mistress/slave/Dom/me/sub who wanted to talk. Most of us are legitimate, real people who are more than happy to engage in mature, adult conversation.
3). I totally agree that BDSM relationships are magical.

2). Been working with a Dom/sub couple. Friends of mine in the Omaha area. He was self taught and passed on his knowledge to her. Absolutely amazing. Now Papa's been teaching d to be a Domme. It's been a unique experience being Evie's slave, while at the same time assisting Papa in teaching her to be a Mistress. Gotta say the bumps, bruises and blood have been worth it though ;)
3). Deployment, deployment, deployment. The closer it gets, the harder it's becoming, knowing that I have to walk away from the lifestyle while deployed. To be honest I'm begining to have second thoughts about how crazy I'm going to be not being able to practice my lifestyle. Keep me in your thoughts (and if applicable) your prayers please.
4). When in doubt empty the magazine, reload, repeat as necessary. Ammo is cheap, life is expensive.
5). For anyone who has questions, ask them. That's how I got most of my experience in this lifestyle. The only stupid question is the one that you don't ask. Mind you, not everyone here shares that mindset, but most of us do.

Ok, after long hiatus I am back. I apologize for the absence. So to get caught up...
1). I decided not to collar the potential slave as she was not slave material. She was a friend of mine from college and she was doing it to make me happy, (which all Masters/Mistresses appreciate, duh) but she wasn't good material. I liked her better as my friend. I know this will blow some minds out there but others will get what I mean here. Thanks anyway babe, I love you.
2). So back to slave hunting. I am looking for you dear. Unless you live in Iraq (under 100 days until we go) which I hope means you're deployed as well (I'm a bit partial to American slaves).

Sorry I missed writing you all yesterday. I changed civillian jobs and I now work as a handy man. How handy? A handy handyman.
Last night one of my brothers came over and we drank Captain Morgan and Mountain Dew Voltage (Yum) and played Left 4 Dead (Double Yum) before going to Murphy's Wagon Wheel for Hot Wings and $2.00 draws (Triple Yum). We ran into a friend of mine who's retired Military (Hooah Sergeant) so most of my night was free.
It's 20 minutes until I have to leave for work and the thought that just keeps freewheeling in my mind is that the slave looking for me is probably blind... to make up my own metaphor. She can't see me in the dark, that would be right on par with my luck. But you all know I hope your luck is different than mine. I would just love to take a squirming, begging, slave over my knee right now...

Well, my hangovers never last long, but man they're memorable. Last night I drank like the Irishman I am. I don't drink often and that's good. If I drank everyday people might confuse me with another friend of mine.
Last night we ate cookies, candy, chips & dip, brownies, milk, water, 4 different flavors of mountain dew and then the Sierra Mist/Captain Morgan combo I told you about last night. Plus there was some Mike's Hard Pink Lemonade floating around. We watched "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown", "Night of the Living Dead", and "Scary Movie".
Last day at the Costume Shoppe. Have to collect all the returning rentals.

Good morning campers (Cue Stargate SG-1 theme song). It's another glorious day with Master Zach. And what are we going to here him ramble on about today? I don't freakin' know yet! ADHD Rules! YEE HAW!!! (Excuse me, a little midwest lingo in there for ya'll).
I'll be at the Costume Shoppe in 20 minutes or less. I know you all will be happy when Halloween's over because then you won't have to read to me (as opposed to listen to me. I'm the Dr. Seuss of grammar) complain/brag/vent about the joys and woes of working with the PC (politically correct) vanilla society be indecicive about Halloween apperal.
I'm listening to the Manheim Steamroller Halloween album (they did two at least), Tocatto and Fugue in D Mole. It's cold, rainy and dark here (perfect Vampire weather, thank God) and "I'm happy" (Think Walter here people. Don't you wish you could read inflection and impersonations without having to follow all my little bunny trails here in the parenthesis? Probably not. If you have the patience to read online journals then you probably don't mind bunny trails that have absolutely nothing to do with complaining, bitching, griping or bragging, gloating and/or venting. Now back to Walter....(Jeff Dunham I say HOOAH!)).

What a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG day. Fun but oh so stinking long! It's only made shorter by friends like... well you all. I enjoy our conversations here and it even makes the wait for BDSM tolerable, even likable. Right now I'm so tired I can't even type straight which is ridiculous. But I'm content. Coffee rules. Especially Brazillian organic coffee which I'm drinking as we speak (Wink, wink DQUEEN).
The more I involve myself in this lifestyle the more I come to the conclusion that "Rest assuredly gentlemen we must all hang together or hang separately" (Benjamin Franklin on the signing of the Declaration of Independence). If we do not support each other in our shared endeavor who will? Certainly not the vanilla, politically correct society that rules the mainstream. No, dear friends it must be us. To show the world by action, deed, thought and spirit that BDSM is not just another 'subculture' or 'fad'. To prove that BDSM is not just 'extreme freedom of expression'. To prove that BDSM is more than a choice, it is a respectable lifestyle that betters those of us who choose to live it.
And we must welcome with open arms the vanilla world into it, to show them the contentment it gives the soul. There is something here for everyone.
I have come to define BDSM as experiences physical, spiritual and mental that shape our lives by design, rather than experiences that shape our lives by chance. It is about building ourselves up into the people we dream of becoming without being ashamed. It is about experiencing freedom at its raw, organic, unfiltered and unadulterated source. The freedom to serve and to be served. It is to know a deep peace and love that only experience brings about.
(Gee I must be tired, I'm philosophying!)

Going back and reading my own journals is interesting, especially given that I have ADHD. So that explains a few entries I suppose.
It's a nice, cold, rainy, dreary day outside. I love this weather, it reminds me of home. It would be better to get outside to work or play in it but today (yes dear readers you know what's coming next) I get to open the Costume Shoppe early!!! Yeah!!! Wooo!!! Ugh!I love this job, but man each day just gets more and more loco. So more and more Coffee is used to keep this Master sane.
I get to start switching again online as one of my new friends here is DQUEEN. Thank you Mistress for your time.
I've done this before, where I've been both a Master and a slave at the same time. There is nothing better. If you get the chance you have to try it at least once in your life. Talk about mind games. WHOOO!!!

Ok, Coffee, coffee, coffee. That gets this Master through the day. Working the shop getsmore andmore hectic the closer Halloween comes. The more people on this site I talk to the better life gets. I suppose it's a bit of a shock for me since I've operated my whole BDSM life independently. Holy smokes, I'm not alon ein the universe. I know that's not suprising for you dear readers but in the bible belt for this lifestyle, it sure can feel like it at times.
A good website to look for videos (and at times ideas) is www.xvideos.com search BDSM. Yes it's porn so it usually involves sex, but I have gotten some interesting suspension ideas from them.
Deployment is so close I'm going crazy with anticipation. If it weren't for OpSec (Operational Security) I would say why I can't wait but if we meet in person I can give you a small idea. Online is not going to happen.
And before I go I'm planning on touring the country a little on a vacation so I will post what state I'm headed to, and if you would like to meet for good conversation over coffee, tea, energy drinks, or maybe even a beer or two just let me know. HOOAH! Good days.

I really enjoyed sleeping in today. Grabbed a cup of coffee and enjoyed a long, hot, steamy shower. I don't always get those when I'm working for the Army so when I get one it's like the best one ever. Every time
Worked again at the Costume Shoppe. It's hectic, but man it's still awesome. Though the longer I'm there the more I realize just how much of a work of art it is to hook up customers with the right costume. And it is so enjoyable to see grown adults acting like kids all over again when they become Batman, A ninja, the Grim Reaper, A King or Queen, a Carrot or even Queen Amidala (Star Wars Rules Hooah?!).
Continue to build the friendships on this site and I'm never disappointed by the conversations I get to have here. It does help to keep the hope that I will eventually find my slave(s) even if I have to develop more and more patience at how long it takes. And if I can pass that hope along to those of you halfway across this country then even better.

Well, a nice day off to prepare for a little Halloween party coming up. Hanging lights, spiders, webs, garland and black lights, blue lights, green lights, red lights all day is rather fun. Not to mention I watched four horror movies trying to figure out which one is best for Saturday.
Balance that with cups of coffee and playing rounds of DOA 3 (Bayman and Zack Tag Rocks), plus a healthy dose of Dragonforce, ACDC, Queen, Lynard Skynard and some Disturbed, P.O.D., & Guns & Roses, and the day has just flown by.
Still hunting for a damn good slave though. Hello, are you out there? Probably. And probably thousands of miles away. Hey, who knows? Maybe I will find you in Iraq in the Spring?

Well it's a damn good morning. Damn good. Big fat cup of coffee, ACDC's Thunderstruck, hot shower, and sausage patties, eggs, and hash browns for breakfast. Last night had a couple very good conversations with two subs from this site. It gives one hope to realize that there are others in the BDSM community within the state of Nebraska.
And on that note... The Cornhusker football team lost to Iowa State 9-7. AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
Come on! (Song just changed to Beast and the Harlot, love my happy music). For Nebraska being in the center of the US, we're sure not the center of the BDSM community. Being in the Bible belt sucks sometimes. So if you're within 500 miles let's talk, because in this lifestyle in this part of the world you travel. And God knows I love to travel.
Working in a costume shop before Halloween is awesome and painful. Especially when your employer is an 81 year old lady who should be a dom, but is vanilla. She's so close to being in BDSM you can damn near taste it, but don't you dare tell her that...
Well it's time to get back to work, got a Halloween party to get ready for and got to keep prepping for deployment hooah.

Balance is such an interesting concept. As I'm trying to find the balance in my life I've realized I need to be needed. I love being a slave. I love to serve and to be owned. But being a Master is where I excel. I have come to realize however that I need more than one slave. So I need to switch. Balance.
My unit is getting ready to deploy soon so I'm being more military minded. I love being a soldier in the US Army. It rocks. I love serving this country and all of you wonderful people in it. My homeland is the best in the world, to be free to pursue happiness in the BDSM society. Balance.
